Transfer Injection Moulding
also known as the reel-to-reel technology, represents an economical solution for multiple coating of punched parts. In this process, the punch strip is reeled off, fed through the injection moulding tool, and then wound back onto a reel for further processing. Extrusion coating of the punched parts in the tool can be carried out up to 48 times. Together with our own special machines and assemblies, we can provide all the tools and equipment for every production step from a single source.
