Hotmelt - Overmoulding Technology
The safe overmoulding of sensitive insertion components, such as connectors or boards, require a sophisticated, often modularly designed tool technology and plenty of experience. This and the immediate proximity to the tool shop make it possible for us to respond quickly to the often highly variable tolerances of the building components to be overmoulded, e.g. cables. Through a continuous exchange of information, all manufacturing insights flow into the design of new tools. Our spectrum of services during the processing of hotmelt encompasses both the fast creation of prototypes, as well as complete series production.
